Cancellation Policy
I respect and value your time — and I ask the same in return so I can serve everyone with care and attention. Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours after your scheduled reading for a full refund or to rebook at no extra cost. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment may result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled reading and do not notify me in advance, you will be charged the full session fee, and no refund will be issued. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, I may consider this a no-show at my discretion.
